LESSONS
Each lesson includes everyday care of the horse, tacking and of course riding. We understand these hard economic times and we only request that your child wear long pants and closed toed shoes (NO TENNIS SHOES) for his or her first riding lesson. After a few lessons if the child has decided that they enjoy riding we will ask for you or your child's comfort and safety that you purchase proper riding apparel for your discipline. Our instructors can help you fit yourself or your child for an extra fee.
LESSON RATES
Mommy and Me Lessons- $25
Ages 3 and up- a parent assisted 30 minute session western or english that helps a young child become accustomed to a horse and learn and develop balance. Also great for older timid children or those who are in physical therapy.
Beginner/Senior Lessons-$35
All ages- Whether or not you are 5 to 85 years old or beginner or senior lessons go all the way up to the posting trot or jog. They allow 1 hour of ride time to lay the foundations to an excellent seat and or to help you get back in the swing if you've been out of the saddle for a extended period of time.
Regular Lessons-$45
Group Lessons-$35 an hour each or $130 split among the riders
All ages- for the beginner or higher level students that are looking to perfect their equitation or learn a discipine. this is a more structured lesson with a heavier workout for you and the horse. Does include over fences work and must be purchased if you plan on entering the show program.
Off-Property lessons-$60
Our instructors will be happy to come and help or teach you on your own horse, whether it's for your equitation or problems with your horse. Cancellation fee the day of is a $15 dollar fee.
